2. Subject of the data protection
The data protection subject is personal data according to Section 3 paragraph 1 BDSG. Personal data refers to personal and factual information about a specific or specifiable natural person. This generally includes all information that allows conclusions to be drawn about an identifiable person, for example their name or contact information (e.g. phone number, mailing address or email address). Your personal data is not transmitted to third parties without your express consent unless doing so is required to provide the service or the performance of a contract. Transmission to government institutions and authorities entitled to receive information also only takes place within the scope of legal disclosure requirements or if we are required by a court to disclose the information.

Obligatory in this context are generally the collection and processing of the contact information of the respective user, i.e. their title, name, their (possibly only business) address including the postcode and city as well as an email address.

b. Consent-based advertisements and market research
If you consent, we will use the data referenced in a. for marketing or advertising purposes, in particular to find out which of our products are of particular interest to you. If authorised by you to do so, these data may also be used for market research purposes in individual cases.
